This house is set in a residential neighborhood, and it boasts extensive grounds, which have made it possible to open up the interior on to a delightful garden area.
The composition is divided into one compact block containing the parking lot and a small storage space and another larger block holding the house's functional elements.
This separation creates a passageway leading towards the house across a small patio and allows the home to stand in the center of the property and thereby enjoy the surrounding landscape.
