Responsibility for the following key technical architectural brands     Kreon    /   Tom Dixon   /   Vola     

Brands which specialise in innovations to the architectural and design community.

To drive further growth through this category, we are now looking for an experienced business developer within the Design specification industry.

Reporting to the State Manager, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate;

  • An understanding of the specification sales approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for customer service excellence
  • Commitment to long term relationships & repeat business through referrals
  • Engaging, persistent and determined personal style
  • Ability to close effectively and meet sales targets

The role requires a self motivated individual with great interpersonal skills and technical lighting / lamp knowledge .

Experience in design based, commercial lighting project sales experience is definitely preferable.

 Internal Lighting Sales support person 

• Progressive, modern and autonomous working environment
• Specification sales through architects and designers

• Showroom sales  
• Base salary + super + sales commission incentive scheme 

Responsibilities for the following key architectural brands    Kreon  /  Tom Dixon Brands which specialise in innovations to the architectural and design community.

To drive further growth through this category, we are now looking for a keen internal sales support person who is interested in a career in the Architectural and Design community.

Reporting to the National Brand Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include: 

  • Customer service, including telephone enquiries. 

  • Preparation of quotations on behalf of the external sales representatives and showroom clientelle 

  • Following-up on outstanding orders. 

  • Following-up on deliveries/installations/repairs/support. 

  • Ensuring overall customer satisfaction. 

  • Work with staff from supporting departments to facilitate customer satisfaction. 

  • Work with clients and agents nationwide in a supporting role to external sales representatives. 

  • Answer incoming sales calls from potential/existing customers. 

  • Attend sales meetings. 

  • Training is of the essence in this position. Regular product training is presented and attendance is compulsory.
 

In addition to the above the successful candidate should demonstrate:

  • A passion for customer service excellence.
 
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn 

  • Self-motivation and the ablility to work independently. 

  • Ability to work with diverse clientele and staff. 

  • Ability to work in a shared office environment

  • The role requires a self motivated individual with great interpersonal skills and technical ability.


Experience in design based, commercial lighting project sales experience is preferred but not essential.
